Spotlight | February/March Animal Cell-Culture Food Technology: A New Regulatory Frontier. By Matthew Michael and Jeremiah Fasano, Ph.D. The Food and Drug Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service are working together to pave the way for regulation of food produced using animal cell-culture food technology.
